Already self-taught Bakoji was sponsored to attend the prestigious Ghanatta College of Art. Having established a successful sign writing and graphic design business, while studying, Bakoji graduated with distinction in 1994. Bakoji was then selected by the ‘Commission of Arts and Culture’ to be the ‘Artist in Residence’ at ‘The National Centre For Culture’.
